- Cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies & analytics below.
Information we do not seek
We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us unsolicited. The candidate and employer data processed inside our product Scryyn is governed separately — see Scryyn & other products.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your enquiry data for unrelated advertising.
04Legal bases for processing
Depending on the context, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Consent — for example, when you contact us voluntarily or accept optional cookies.
- Contract — where processing is necessary to enter into or perform a services engagement with you or your organisation.
- Legitimate interests / legitimate uses — to run, secure, and improve our business, where not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process data by applicable law.
05How we share information
We share personal data only as needed and with appropriate safeguards:
- Service providers / sub-processors — trusted vendors who help us operate (for example, hosting, email, and analytics providers), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Professional advisers — such as auditors, accountants, and lawyers, where necessary.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation, subject to this policy.
06Cookies & analytics
Our website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary items keep the site functioning and secure. If we use analytics, it is to understand aggregate usage and improve the site; where required, we ask for your consent first. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.
07Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, tax, or contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
